CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to accommodate our clients to provide the best service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVAL
We ask that our clients arrive on time to ensure sufficient time for quality results. For late arrivals, the service time will be reduced and you will still be required to pay the full price. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate if our schedule allows the adjustment. This will be at our discretion.
